Legal counsel. Graduate of Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University and “Academy of Companies” at the Warsaw School of Economics SGH. He specializes in company law, construction investments law, and commercial contracts law. He advises the Law Firm’s Clients in the area of company restructuring and reorganizations and building investments. His experience is invaluable in negotiations, seeking claims, and in court disputes. In the Firm, he coordinates servicing foreign Clients. As our clients’ partner and advisor, he engagesin all relevant aspects of their business. Vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce Electrical of Poland KIGE, member of the Advisory Committee at Klub Hokejowy Podhale Nowy Targ S.A.

Piotr
Wojdan

Attorney. Graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University and ,also with honours, from the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at the Jagiellonian University. Among other fields, he specializes in real estate law, company law ,and commercial contracts law. He has many years’ experience in providing comprehensive services during investment processes in real estate. He regularly participates in resolving disputes before common and administrative courts of law, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and Arbitration Tribunal. He serves as a custodian for a number of capital companies appointed by the Commercial Court in Kraków.
